Conformance target

Telltab aims to conform to level AA of the WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

Compliance status

Telltab is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially compliant" means that most of the content meets the standard, but some parts do not yet fully comply.

Test results

The latest automated audit (September 23, 2026) identified the following issues, grouped by category:

• Form labels (admin dashboard) — some fields (color picker, feedback priority and status dropdowns) do not expose an accessible name to assistive technologies.
• Keyboard accessibility (Documentation page) — a scrollable code block is not reachable via keyboard in some browsers.

These findings come from regular automated audits; they do not cover every WCAG criterion and are updated as work progresses.

Ongoing improvement

We are progressively fixing identified issues and re-running accessibility audits at regular intervals to track our progress.
