Telltab is a user feedback collection service (text and voice) accessible via a widget that can be embedded on any website. These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the use of the Telltab service offered by Reverdin Studio (hereinafter "Telltab").
Embedding the Telltab widget on a third-party site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability.
The user undertakes not to use Telltab to collect sensitive data (medical or financial data, passwords), for spam, or for any illegal activity. Telltab reserves the right to suspend any abusive use.
Telltab is offered as a free plan (Free) and as paid Pro (€29/month) and Business (€79/month) plans, all prices inclusive of tax. Subscriptions are monthly, invoiced in advance and automatically renewed at each due date until cancellation.
Payment is processed by Stripe, an approved payment provider. No banking data is stored by Telltab. The user can manage their subscription and invoices from the Stripe customer portal accessible from their dashboard.
Any change in prices is notified at least 30 days before it takes effect and applies only to subsequent billing periods.
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer located in the European Union has a period of fourteen (14) days from the subscription to a paid plan to withdraw, without reason or penalty, by writing to hello@telltab.com. The refund is made within fourteen (14) days by the same means of payment as that used at the time of subscription.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals acting within the scope of their activity, nor to the free plan.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal or by writing to hello@telltab.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refund is made, except when exercising the right of withdrawal set out in article 5.
Telltab may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment or abusive use of the service, with reasonable notice except in an emergency. Account data remains exportable for 30 days after termination.
By embedding the widget, the client site collects messages, voice recordings and technical metadata of its end users. The client site is responsible for informing its users in accordance with the GDPR.
To enable automatic sentiment analysis of feedback (positive, neutral, negative) and the generation of weekly summaries, the textual content of feedback is transmitted to a language model (LLM) provider via an internal Reverdin gateway. No data is used for model training; the content transmitted is processed only for the duration of the analysis.
This analysis may be disabled by the client site by writing to hello@telltab.com. The up-to-date list of sub-processors is available in our privacy policy.
Telltab cannot be held responsible for content submitted by end users. Telltab's liability is limited to direct malfunctions of the service.
Telltab strives to keep the service available 24/7 but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance may temporarily interrupt the service.
Telltab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed by email or via the site.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
